This is a lovely place in a great location. The breakfast is outstanding and served on a beautiful balcony. The staff is very helpful. Our favorite place to stay in Florence.

I absolutely loved my stay at Milu! The staff is phenomenal. They are so helpful and friendly. I stayed at the hotel for a few nights, left for a couple days to attend a wedding, and then came back to Milu for one night before flying home. The staff remembered I said I was going to a wedding before I checked out the first time and when I went to check in again, they asked how the wedding was. It felt like the staff really cared for their guests and I had a lovely, lovely stay. 100% would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

This has been one of the nicest hotels we have ever visited. The staff, the location, and the unique style of this place made our stay even more beautiful. We would choose it again without hesitation. When I mentioned that we were celebrating my mother’s birthday here, they surprised us in the evening with a bottle of wine and a thoughtful message. We are very grateful. A big thank you, especially to Leslie and Alessia.

Hotel Milu is amazing. You won't find a better place. The staff are wonderful, they go above and beyond to make your stay the best. My room was just like the photos. I can't say enough good things about how great the service was, how nice the people are and how wonderful the entire staff are. The front desk staff are top-notch, the cleaning service and everyone else are just absolutely the best. My room was spacious and super clean. The location is the best you will find, it is near everything a visitor will want to see. I felt very at home, and the breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend you enjoy the wonderful breakfast. I am so glad I opted for the on-site breakfast that came with the pleasant smiles of the staff. A great way to start the day. The front desk was kind and helped me with things like directions and local shopping. This hotel is great, and the people working here are what make it so special. Everyone seemed very happy to help me with anything. I love the art books on the 5th floor. I can't wait to visit again! Thank you Team Milu!

This was an exceptional stay in a really nice boutique hotel, in the heart of Florence with excellent staff! The hotel is luxurious, well designed with great artwork all over. The room was spacious had all needed amenities (including complementary minibar items) and had a lovely hand written welcome note and gift which was much appreciated! Breakfast included lots of options. Great feature is the 5th floor where guests can relax at anytime, with available coffee/tea/hot water as well as a microwave and many cool art books. Location is great as it's very central, close to the river, designer shops and nice restaurants. The best part of the hotel was the very helpful and friendly staff who went above and beyond, providing great recommendations, always available via What's App, helpful with luggage, were kind enough to make restaurant bookings for us and at breakfast would go out of their way to make sure we had everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Milu for our honeymoon. The location is ideal, but it’s the atmosphere that really stood out: the place is unique and has such an intimate feel. You quickly start recognizing familiar faces, and it’s so nice to exchange smiles and "hellos" with everyone—it makes you feel right at home. A huge thank you to Amir, Alessia, and Filippo, as well as everyone else on the team whose names I didn't catch. You were all wonderful! Thank you for taking such good care of us and for sharing your great local recommendations. Thanks to you, our honeymoon was incredibly peaceful and pleasant. We also loved spending time on the rooftop terrace, just reading and relaxing. As for breakfast, it was spot on: you have everything you need, and it was a real pleasure every morning. If you’re looking for a place in Florence with a soul and a truly sincere welcome, don’t hesitate for a second!

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel in Florence and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail. It provided the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Florence. We stayed at the room 209. Even if it was quite small, it was very modern with a comfortable bed, and a very modern bathroom with specious shower. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay — fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. We enjoyed every day the fresh pancakes with bacon, syrup and eggs. Overall, the entire experience was excellent. The atmosphere, quality of service, and level of comfort made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

The Milu is a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of historic Florence. We enjoyed it very much, especially the staff. The front desk team was exceptional. So very helpful and on top of everything. Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are typically Italian, on the smaller side, but everything else about this hotel was first rate.

Hotel Milù was absolutely wonderful and we could not have asked for a better stay in Florence! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to so many of Florence’s major attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was the front desk staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly personable, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They always greeted us with a smile and were constantly ready to help with recommendations, directions, reservations, or anything else we needed. Their hospitality made us feel so cared for throughout our stay. Hotel Milù played a huge part in making our Florence experience so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence!
